The problem we solve
If you sell phones on installment in Pakistan, you already know what goes wrong.
Customers stop paying after delivery
Once the phone leaves your shop, leverage drops to zero. Following up costs more than the unpaid installment.
You can't repossess a $150 phone
A field visit costs more than the device. Court is too slow. Most retailers absorb the loss.
Risk caps how much you can sell
You stop offering installments to anyone you're not 100% sure about. Half the customers walk.
How Mavrify works
Software-only enforcement, no hardware modifications, no aftermarket service. Three steps.
1
Enroll the phone at sale
Scan a QR code during setup. The Lock app installs on the phone, enrolls into your Mavrify account, and the installment plan is registered.
2
Customer pays, phone works
While installments are current, the phone behaves normally. Calls, WhatsApp, banking apps, photos — everything the customer expects.
3
Customer misses, phone locks
After a grace period, the phone enters kiosk mode showing only your shop's contact and payment instructions. Pay the installment, the phone unlocks instantly.
Two apps, one platform
Mavrify is split into purpose-built apps for each role — the shopkeeper's counter and the financed device itself.
Lock App
For the financed phone
Runs as a kiosk lock when payments are missed. Resists removal, allows emergency calls, and shows your shop's contact and payment instructions. Bilingual English + Urdu.
Shopkeeper App
For your sales counter
Customer registration with CNIC scan, plan setup, payment recording, code generation, customer list with overdue highlighting. Works offline, syncs when online.
Built for Pakistan, not adapted
Most installment-lock products were built for the US or India and bolted on a Pakistan flag. Mavrify was designed for Pakistani retailers from day one.

Software-only positioning
Mavrify is the enforcement layer. The retailer-customer credit relationship stays with the retailer. Clean legal posture.
